My name is Samantha, I am 20 years old and the president of the UN student association Oslo. I am currently taking two bachelors in Russian and Political science at the University of Oslo. I started my journey with the UNSA as a project coordinator, and then worked as PR-coordinator for the last board. I have a huge interest in international politics and relations. Being involved in the UN students is therefore a great way for me to learn more, engage other students and be a part of something bigger than myself. I am also passionate about humanitarian work, and therefore work for Red Cross on my spear time! My favourite sustainable development goal is number 4 “quality education”. This SDG is fundamental for me. Education means opportunities, equality, power and sustainability. In a way I feel like this goal ties all the rest of the SDGs together. I also love the fact that education can change and transform lives and societies for a better tomorrow!
